Rental Terms and Conditions

1. General Conditions
By booking a holiday home through our website, the tenant accepts the rental terms and conditions below. The rental agreement becomes binding once we have confirmed the booking and the tenant has paid the required deposit.

2. Booking and Payment

  • To book this holiday home, the tenant must be at least 25 years old. The tenant may be asked to provide documentation to verify their age. If false information about age is provided, the owner reserves the right to cancel the rental agreement and claim compensation for any resulting losses.
  • When making a reservation, a deposit of 25% of the total rental price must be paid. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival.
  • For bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival, the full amount must be paid at the time of reservation.
  • Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card.

3. Cancellation and Changes

  • If the stay is canceled more than 6 weeks before arrival, the deposit will be refunded minus an administration fee of 500 DKK.
  • If the stay is canceled less than 6 weeks before arrival, no refund will be given.
  • It is possible to change the booking dates if the holiday home is available. However, changes may be subject to a fee.

4. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: By agreement.
  • Check-out: By agreement.

5. Utilities and Security Deposit

  • Electricity, water, and gas consumption may be included in the rental price or charged separately, depending on the rental agreement.
  • A security deposit is required to cover any damages or insufficient cleaning. The deposit will be refunded no later than 7 days after departure if the house is left in satisfactory condition.

6. Cleaning

  • Final cleaning is mandatory and may either be included in the price or charged separately.
  • The tenant is required to leave the holiday home in a tidy condition upon departure.

7. House rules

  • The number of guests must not exceed the number stated in the booking confirmation.
  • Smoking is not allowed indoors.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • The tenant is responsible for complying with local laws and respecting neighbor

8. Liability and Insurance

  • The landlord assumes no responsibility for the tenant’s personal belongings during the stay.
  • The tenant is liable for any damages to the property occurring during their stay.
  • It is recommended that the tenant takes out travel and liability insurance.

9. Force majeure
The landlord cannot be held responsible for force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect the stay.

10. Governing Law and Disputes
Any disputes arising in connection with the rental agreement shall be settled in accordance with Spanish law.

By completing a booking, the tenant agrees to the above rental terms and conditions.
